Return items by December 7 to avoid paying big $$$ later

A friendly reminder to Undergraduate students...ALL items borrowed from the Library must by returned by 8 p.m on Friday, December 7. Items not returned will be treated as lost and billed for replacement.

Contact Zelda Patterson immediately if you need to keep books past December 7. You can email zeldap@muskingum.edu or call 740-826-8156. All fines not paid and replacement costs for items not returned by December 7 will be added to your account in the Business Office.

The not so fine print about replacement costs...

Lost library items borrowed from OPAL and OhioLINK libraries are $125.00 each. Item returned within three months of being billed will be credited a $75.00 refund. However, the $50 billing and processing fee cannot be refunded. No refunds can be made after three months.

Lost library items owned by Muskingum are $100.00 each. Items returned within three months of being billed will be credited an $85.00 refund. However, the $15.00 billing fee cannot be refunded. No refunds will be made after three months.
