April 15 will be here in a couple of weeks. If you are still working on your taxes and need tax forms you can get them here.

We have a complete set of federal tax forms for tax year 2005 that can be photocopied. Ask for the binder at the Circulation/Reserve Desk. Reproducible forms for tax year 2004 and 2003 are shelved in binders in the government documents compact shelving. You can also download Adobe PDF versions of all tax forms and instructions from the Internal Revenue Service web site.

You can find Ohio tax forms and file on-line at the Ohio Department of Taxation web site. City tax forms are also available on-line for Zanesville and Cambridge.
