Undergrads: All Library Items Borrowed Are Due On April 27

Just a friendly reminder that ALL items borrowed by undergraduate students from the Library are due Wednesday, April 27, 2005. All Library owned items not returned on April 27 will be treated as lost.

Library charges and fines not paid by 8:00 PM on April 27 will be added to your account in the Business Office. The following costs to replace lost or non-returned items will be added to your account in the Business Office:

---OPAL and OhioLINK items will be billed at the rate of $125.00 each. Items returned within three months of being billed will be given a $75.00 refund for each item. A billing and processing fee of $50.00 per item will not be refunded. No refunds will be made after an item has been billed for three months.

--- Muskingum owned items will be billed at the rate of $100.00 each. Items returned within three months of being billed will be given an $85.00 refund for each item. A billing fee of $15.00 per item will not be refunded. No refunds will be made after an item has been billed for three months.

Exceptions will be made on an individual basis if a request is made directly to Zelda Patterson, Library Circulation Supervisor, prior to April 27. You may send an email to zeldap@muskingum.edu or call extension 740-826-8156. No exceptions can be made after April 27.
